We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Asset integrity management and corrosion control consultant to join our team and help safeguard assets, extend equipment life circle and ensure regulatory compliance.
Contract Type: Negotiable.
Are you a skilled professional with deep knowledge of Asset safety, reliability, efficiency in its operative sense and Corrosion Control?
An ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of asset management, including risk management, life cycle costing, and asset performance optimization.

Your goal :
To ensure our business production continuity and prevent avoidable equipment failure that will cause operational disruption, by setting out early signals for equipment /facility failure.
To oversee the management of physical asset and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and utilization.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
There are primary responsibilities for implementing strategies to optimize the reliability and maintenance of asset, along with managing any associated risks.

These responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive integrity assessments of assets
Support in risk-based inspection (RBI) planning and execution
Liaise with inspection teams and analyze technical reports
Provide expert recommendations to maintain safety and reliability
Maintaining and improving the asset management system
Developing and maintaining asset lifecycle plans
Providing technical support for operations and maintenance activities
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Identifying and managing asset reliability risks
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and projects
Conducting root cause analysis for asset failures
Preparing reports on asset performance and integrity metrics 
Recommend upgrades where obsolescence is applied, given the everchanging innovation in a dynamic business environment.

Requirements
Proven work experience as an Asset management, Maintenance lead or similar role.
Experience in project management and budget development.
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
BSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, materials, and coatings
Proficiency in NDT methods and RBI tools
Professional certifications (e.g., API 580/581, NACE) are an added advantage.
