practices as contained in the various company manuals.

It is the prime policy for B&H INVESTMENT Limited to execute its contract effectively
and safely in accordance with the client’s specification and acceptable international
standards in order to satisfy or exceed their expectations.
To implement the above objective, B&H INVESTMENT Limited have established a
Quality Management System which will ensure adherence to the client’s requirement;
codes, specifications as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
This quality management system is based on the simple principle of organization,
planning, execution, reporting, and feed-back of experience and independent
verification of the work.
The quality management system is supported at all the levels of the management, and
all personnel are required to operate strictly within the provision of the Quality
Management System.
All clients’ commitment as well as all services rendered by B&H INVESTMENT Limited
is recognized as expressions of quality.
B&H INVESTMENT Limited shall monitor its performance regularly and strive for
continuous improvement of our services and the QMS processes.
It shall be the responsibility of the management of B&H INVESTMENT Limited to ensure the implementation of the quality manual and procedures. It shall also ensure the regular review of procedures to reflect changes in client specifications and requirements as well as international standards.
Non-conformance to this policy shall be viewed very seriously by management and may lead to withdrawal of service.

It remains the sole responsibility of every BAITE & HOOK INVESTMENT LIMITED employee to perform his/her work in an environmentally friendly and sound manner. It is also the policy of BAITE & HOOK INVESTMENT LIMITED to strongly promote and encourage awareness of and to protect and preserve the environment. Hence, to properly execute these policies, staff are advised to pay proper regard and be very observant in the working environment by acting to preserve; air, soil, plant, water and animals from the destructive effect of their actions and greatly reducing any form of nuisance which may arise from their actions on site.
It is the policy of this company to collect all waste generated during the project, these waste are treated and disposed in such a way as not to create any impact on the environment. Regular inspection shall be conducted by our environmental-quality control consultant to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
BAITE & HOOK INVESTMENT LIMITED Is highly committed to ensuring that its activities do not hamper the environment of its area operations particularly as a result of project execution. We continuously monitor the impact of its operation on the environment with a view to ensuring that preventable damages do not occur and in the case of accidents palliative measures are taken.

BAITE & HOOK INVESTMENT LIMITED has developed a draft training program. Expatriates shall work together with indigenous staff during all projects and periodically an independent evaluation exercise shall be conducted. Indigenous staff be exposed to training by expatriates here in Nigeria. This is to foster knowledge/technology transfer for indigenous personnel.
